Starting to Wonder If You Might Be Neurodivergent?

Do you suspect you might be autistic, or have ADHD—or both (AuDHD)? Maybe you’ve seen a post or video describing traits of neurodivergence and thought, “Wait… is that me?”

You’re not imagining it. And you’re not alone.

Life transitions like new jobs, parenthood, or menopause often bring these traits into sharper focus.

You’re Not Broken. You’re Wired Differently.

I’m a therapist with a late diagnosis of Autism and ADHD—and honestly? It explains a lot.

I’ve spent years building workarounds and coping strategies to navigate a neurotypical world. Now, I help others do the same—with more self-compassion and less masking.

What We Can Explore in Therapy

  • Understanding your neurodivergence—diagnosed or self-identified
  • Recovering from burnout and masking
  • Processing identity shifts or emotional overwhelm
  • Building routines that work for your brain
  • Reclaiming self-trust and self-worth

A Neuro-Affirming Approach, Led By You

I work integratively, with roots in humanistic and transpersonal psychotherapy. But ultimately, our work is guided by you—your pace, your voice, your needs.

This is a space where you can stim, spiral, info-dump, fidget, or go quiet. Everything you are is welcome here.

Come As You Are

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to be here. You don’t need to explain or perform.

If you’re ready to explore life through a new lens—and want support from someone who genuinely gets it —let’s talk.

My experience of ADHD and Autism

When I look back on my life I’m a classic ADHD-er whereas Autism kinda snuck up on me.

I got bored easily at school. I was bright but only interested in those things that interested me. The neurotypical education system wasn’t suited to my creativity or my need for movement and didn’t bring out my qualities.

I couldn’t wait to get out of formal education, dropping out of college when I was 17.

I had so many different jobs, unable to stick to anything that wasn’t engaging, and moved house regularly.

When I found my way into therapy in my 30’s I’d put a lot of this behaviour down to childhood trauma. A chaotic childhood which led to a chaotic life.

Fast forward 20 years, and I began to realise that with peri-menopause symptoms, burnout at work and the diagnosis of a chronic pain disease, maybe there was something else at play – something that I’d hidden so well I struggled to find in myself.

If you’re looking for someone to talk to who gets it, who will get you, I might be the one.
